wow this is the first time we have stayed at this house since the renovations. absolutely beautifully done and the home is in pristine condition. we had a great time on our trip, the house has all of the necessary kitchen appliances as well as plenty of space for the whole family to hang out. the new outdoor shower is fantastic & love that we have areas to sit upstairs on the deck as well as downstairs underneath the deck when it’s raining & the kids want to play outside. loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

This is the second time we have stayed at 1063 Sparrow Pond Cottage - it is that perfect! The furnishings are lovely, the bedrooms cozy and the kitchen makes staying in to eat a joy! You can't beat the location - just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plus it's easy to get on and off the island. We had a small issue with a toilet and it was fixed immediately. Will stay here again in the future!

My husband, brother, sister-in-law and myself enjoyed a relaxing, enjoyable week at your beautiful home. We were impressed with the well equipped kitchen as we all enjoy cooking, although we did visit The Fat Hen, The Wild Olive, and 82 Queen St during our stay. This home was warm and welcoming with comfy furniture and a beautiful deck. The weather was perfect for walking on the beach and our routine became beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon. Household items (toilet paper, soap, etc.) were well-stocked and the House was immaculate. We were blessed We definitely felt refreshed and re-vitalized after our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location near the beach and pool, Easy walk to the beach and the pool is on the way to the beach! Beautiful home with comfortable beds and a great soaker tub in the master bath. Loved the kitchen-made cooking easy. Well stocked with pans, etc.

My family has been enjoying Kiawah for over 30yrs and this house was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The house decor is impeccable and the kitchen is roomy and well stocked for multiple ppl to work at once. The laundry room is a DREAM- room for beach bags, ice chests, golf clubs, etc. to be stored inside, but out of view.
We range in ages 2-66 and the 2 sitting areas provided a great way for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other. It is so easy to walk to the beach or pool and an even quicker bike ride!
Over the years, we have stayed at a few houses on Gallinule, but this one has most definitely become our favorite!

The home lived up to everything I had read and more. It is exceptionally decorated. It is walking distance to the beach, which is a huge bonus. The home is elegant yet beachy-comfortable -a hard combination to successfully combine. It was extremely comfortable and convenience and WELL stocked. TV’s in every room, beautifully appointed bathrooms, welcoming bedrooms and comfortable sitting areas. The kitchen had every type of appliance and convenience we could want. We would definitely stay there again. It was clean, current, comfortable and extraordinarily beautiful.

1063 Sparrow Pond Cottage was the perfect rental for our family! Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed visiting Kiawah and staying in this rental. It was the perfect distance to the beach, and the cottage was well appointed with kitchen supplies, linens and space for us to relax comfortably. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great location for beach and pool. Easy access on Kiawah - just a quick drive to Freshfields. Kitchen lovely and fully equipped with quality cooking tools (range, pots/pans, knives, etc.) Very inviting and comfortable decor. Note that the dining table only seats four. Will return, for sure!

We loved the condo. We have stayed at several different locations in Kiawah and this was the nicest unit so far. It was decorated so nicely and really felt like home. We loved having access to the pool and the walk to the beach was not too far.
