Brian is a Property Manager for Kiawah Exclusives, joining our team in 2020. With 17 years of experience in the industry, Brian assists property owners with scheduling renovations, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of their property. He helps to address and resolve any issues for guests that may come up during their stay.

Prior to this role, Brian came to Charleston from western North Carolina pursuing anthropology contract jobs, following with 3 years as a software developer. Brian now resides on the Sea Islands – appreciating all the islands has to offer every day!
