A shared bathroom with a walk-in steam shower separates the two bedrooms. Continue upstairs to the main living space with an open gourmet kitchen, large butler’s pantry, dining table to seat 10 and spacious living room with panoramic views of the marsh and tidal creeks. Guests will enjoy effortless access to the screened porch and open balcony off the kitchen and living areas. Beyond the living room is a private study for those needing to work from the beach or kick back and enjoy one of the many great books offered by the owners. Across the hall, a media room is available for guests to feature a favorite movie or TV show. A half bath serves these 2 additional rooms.

The third level of the home is the height of the home and allows an ocean glimpse from the front “tower”. The third level houses the entire primary bedroom suite! It includes a private sitting area, king bed with luxury linens, TV and spacious bathroom with his and her vanities, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub offering forever views. A private balcony welcomes warm breezes for year-round enjoyment. There is elevator access from the garage level of the main house to the third-floor primary suite. The connecting guest house has 2 guest bedrooms with a small sitting area offering a new flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed and corresponding private bath.
