Our family has been going to Kiawah for many years, but, because of a scheduling issue, we ended up in this property for the first time. We were very pleasantly surprised! The location just off Eugenia is great for easy access to the beach, the bike trails, and to Night Heron Park. The 3bed/3bath layout was excellent for our family of 5. The kitchen is a little tight, but 2 adults can maneuver around well enough. Appliances were in very good shape. The screened-in porch was awesome and we spent many hours there. A couple minor complaints would be that the layout of the master bathroom could be different - I don't see much value in the small, but deep, soaking tub. The presence of tub forces the shower to be rather narrow. And I wish the lagoons were easier to see from the deck to better appreciate the natural wildlife that is part of what makes Kiawah special. These are very minor quibbles - overall the property is excellent and I would highly recommend it. This may have been our first time staying at this location, but it won't be the last.

We loved his house. It was clean, decorated simply, and uncluttered. It felt spacious for my group of 5 adults. The location was excellent -- 4 minute walk to the beach at most. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, with pots, pans, cookie sheets. We would come back to this house!

We have been to Kiawah many times, but this was a first for us at this rental. We found the setting to be beautiful and quiet. Beach access was good, about 700 steps. The house was very clean and well equipped. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bath/shower, which was a plus. The screened in porch was a plus, as was the outdoor deck. The grill was of good quality, which we used several times. We found the outdoor shower welcome after our visits to the beach.

Everything you need to have a Fabulous beach vacation. Three bedrooms three baths fully functional kitchen and nice kitchen table that looks out over the screened porch. The screen porch and back deck overlooks a nice wooded area. Private, but near bike trails and beach so close to all the fun. Professionally decorated and well maintained. Love the sky lights!

We loved the cottage in every way! The interior design is fabulous, the cottage is very roomy and well equipment, and we loved the private porch overlooking the lagoon. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandkids, and I stayed at Kiawah and the house was perfect for us. It was equipped with what we needed to enhance our experience. Great location! Extremely comfortable. We would stay there again!

This was the perfect spot to take a much needed break during 2020. The cottage is located at the end of a cul de sac just a very short stroll to the beach, very private. There is a beautiful view of the outdoors from every spot in this cottage. The home was spotless and bright. The washer/dryer is full sized and new. The kitchen was definitely a cook’s kitchen, not something you find in many rentals. There was even an ice cream maker! The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were adequate. The outdoor space on this cottage was wonderful, private and added to the overall experience. We spent many evenings sipping cocktails on the screened in porch. If we hadn’t purchased a place during our stay (!) we would stay at 478 Fiddlers once again! Highly recommend, without hesitation!

Overall, we loved our house and location. We would stay there again and recommend to others. The homes decor was very nice and we loved the screened porch and outdoor deck space. We also loved being on the culdesac w no neighbors on the right side of us, it offered extra privacy.
The lagoon offered lots of wild life also. Our kids are teenagers so the short walk to the beach was easy.
A few tiny issues, but overall great!
