Large very clean home close to beach and front gate. Plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. Could use a little updating but again very good rental and fantastic for a family. Separate wing above garage with 3 beds for kids. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed it. We have been down to Kiawah 12-15 times and this home seems to be everyone’s favorite.

We have been coming to Kiawah since 1978. My parents (Bronzo) first owned an oceanwoods and now two brothers own homes. Kiawah never disappoints us. The house I rented this summer was perfect for my family. We had many fun conversations sitting in the main room and fun dinners sitting around the table, remembering some of our fond memories from over the years.We enjoyed sitting/ playing in the beach and the family bike rides we took around the island.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. The home was roomy, laid out well, and quality furnishings, beds, and furniture. Everything worked as it should and we had zero issues. The location in the development is near the beach..about 5 mins or so. The management company is very proactive and responsive. I’d stay here again for sure.

In real estate, the saying goes, "Location, Location, Location," and this beautiful beach getaway is a perfect 10/10!! My family and I had the privilege to stay in this charming home over the week of 4th of July and had an amazing stay! The home directly backs to Cougar Point Golf Course (hole 11 I believe) and is about a 7-minute walk to the main attraction - that glistening Kiawah beach & coastline! Inside the home, you'll find plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms - more than enough space for several guests. The kitchen has pretty much every dish + piece of cookware - Gordon Ramsey wouldn't be disappointed! Plenty of towels, beach accessories and even beach bikes are also provided. If you're looking for the perfect Kiawah getaway where your relaxometer will consistently stay @ 100% your entire trip, then look no further, this is the perfect house for you & your family!

Our family had an amazing time at this gorgeous home right on Cougar Point Golf Course. The home is such a short walk to the beach and equipped with all the beach essentials. The kitchen was over stocked with all the cookware you could want and then some. The living room was so comfortable and cozy and so were the beds. Our family made amazing memories that we will never forget. We look forward to coming back next year! Do yourself a favor and book this gem, you won’t regret it!!

Coming from the Desert Southwest, our entire experience on Kiawah was extraordinary. This comfortable, well-equipped home is a perfect place from which to explore each day’s adventure. The house has great linens, comfortable mattresses, strong showers, great air conditioning and a gas BBQ. It is only a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The house backs up to the eleventh fairway and is just where the balls are hit off the tee, so there’s plenty of action to see even if you don’t play. The dining table seats 10 and the great room is perfect for all to lounge, play and watch TV. The kitchen has plenty of excellent pots and pans and good knives. The host has beach chairs and a beach dolly to use on excursions to the beach. There is even an extra refrigerator in the garage. All-in-all a 5-star experience.

This is an amazingly located property, within minutes of the beach. Located on the golf course this house accommodated us perfectly. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There are a few things that need updating such as a few mattress pads, but as aide from that I see us returning to this property very soon!

This home was perfect. Very spacious and private. We were a short walk to the beach access #13 and with a weekly bike rental it made getting to and from the beach almost effortless. We traveled with two children who were 8 and 5 years old. They were able to ride their bikes to the beach also. The home was clean and comfortable and provided a great vacation for my family of 4 and the grand parents.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have stayed at this home. It is very nice and large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 3 young children. It is located a short bike ride to the beach on a lovely street. However, with 3 young toddlers, biking to the beach is not possible due to all the gear needed. So for that reason I wish it were a little closer to the beach. I love the suite over the garage! Quiet and away from the noise of the main living space. My only complaint is that there are just not enough dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house can accommodate. I felt like we were washing dishes by hand after every meal so that we could eat our next meal. There were only 10 plates in the house. So not enough to run the dishwasher efficiently. I'm not a fan of doing dishes multiple times a day while on vacation. I did express my feelings last year regarding the dishes, so I was hoping it was resolved when we booked this year. Seems like a pretty inexpensive fix to an annoying problem. Having said this, I would stay here again because it is a nice place, I would just bring paper plates and plastic utensils.

With 8 people staying at the house we washed a lot of bathroom and kitchen towels and ran out before the end of the week. The house was very comfortable and we loved the space. Our grandson being with us for the first time made not having access to the resort amenities a bigger issue than it has been in the past. The house has excellent bones and location, but could use some sprucing up (main room carpet) and be better equipped in the kitchen (more dishes and glassware). PH staff is always terrific.

Our group totally enjoyed our stay. The house sets up well for those travelling with older kids. The upstairs suite over the garage provided great separation for kids to watch TV and play games.

Location was great and provide for nice short bike rides to the beach, Night Heron Park,The Sanctuary as well as East and West beach villages.

We weren't familiar with Kiawah and rented this property for a family of 5 on internet sight photos alone. It doesn't fully capture how nice, updated, sunny,and comfortable this property is. Two wonderful master suites, including one above the garage that is gorgeous and quite private. Location is at west end of island, just past the guard gate and a 10 minute walk to the bear. Plenty of room for this family of 4 with a grandparent along, too. We'll be back.

Great location, within only a few minutes walk to the beach. The spacious house with a wide kitchen area accomodated our group of 8 with plenty of space. The suite above the garage was excellent for housing the new baby and parents. Everyone else was spared
the nightly feeding noises. We had small mechanical issues that needed to be tended to. The rental agency folks were quick to get on it.

Had everything we needed, was clean, was within a quick bike ride to the beach...very home feeling. Only issue we had during the week was the outdoor grill ran out of gas, but Pam's group replaced quickly after a phone call. Would definitely recommend this home and Pam's group to work with. Was easy as far as getting checked in and checking out. Very simplistic and quick.
