Welcome to Beach Please, a spacious, thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath stand-alone cottage tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Kiawah Island's West Beach Village. Three private suites — a king, a queen, and a 2-twin — each come with their own full bath, comfortable mattresses, and oversized closets, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space when needed. It's a well-suited home base for families, couples traveling together, girls' trips, golf getaways, and multi-generational vacations. An open living area with dark hardwood floors, a tray ceiling, and comfortable seating — including a loveseat, two chairs with ottomans, a 55" Smart TV, and a collection of games and books for easy evenings in — flows into a bright sunroom wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows — one of the cottage's most-loved spots for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon read.
The fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full cookware) is ready for family meals, with a dining table that seats six (plus leaves for extra guests), a butcher-block breakfast bar with two stools, and a dedicated beverage station — an armoire with its own mini fridge — for keeping drinks chilled without crowding the main refrigerator. The Sparrow Pond Cottages are island vacation rentals set in a serene setting in the West Beach Village next to the Cougar Point golf course. They are an easy walk to Kiawah Island's 10 miles of beautiful beaches. They are on the island's bike path, and they have access to hours of family fun in the private community pool. Discover the best of Kiawah Island from this central location. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island's main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah's oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
Beyond the beach, guests have easy access to all five of Kiawah's world-class golf courses, tennis and pickleball, kayaking and paddleboarding, fishing and crabbing, and Night Heron Park.
