The condo was everything we needed and expected for a week of summer getaway. Easy to get to, plenty of areas to walk, and very close to the beach. All of the essentials we would need were there in-house. Only minor item is the sofa could use some updating. Overall it was more than we expected and look forward to returning in the future.

Had the best time for our first visit to Kiawah, beach was a short walk from the condo, water was warm with great waves, the kids had a blast with their boards. Felt safe everywhere we went, beach was clean, rented bikes and took them all over the island. Fireworks were spectacular on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

This was the first time that my wife and I had stayed at Kiawah Island South Carolina. When we arrived, the condo was as advertised. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. It was located in a quiet part of the island. The condo was a 2-minute walk to the beach.

We were so impressed with this unit as well as the management through Kiawah Exclusives. Everything was in great shape and very clean. Very tasteful decorating. The screened in porch gave wonderful woodland views. There were families of deer right by the unit everyday! So private and peaceful. The kitchen is very well stocked and the appliances are new and very nice. The only thing we would recommend is that a Keurig cofee maker gets added. I have to have decaf and my husband drinks regular, so a Keurig is much more useful to us, rather than a regular coffee maker. The listing of supplies is detalied so we knew this ahead of time and brought our own. It would be a simple and rather inexpensive addition to the unit. We also brought our own beach chairs after reading some reviews where guests suggested having them at the unit. We were pleased to see that the unit now has two beach chairs. The only other thing that would be GREAT would be a beach umbrella. We ended up buying a large umbrella to use on the beach days. It served it's purpose but an actual beach umbrella would have been better. We had a problem with the bed. It was extremely bowed in the middle so the sides were much higher than the middle. We contacted Kiawah Exclusives and they sent someone to fix it immediately. They did an AMAZING repair job - not just a temporary fix! It was like sleeping on a brand new bed. Very comfortable! We found boardwalk 7 to be one of the nicest boardwalks to access the beach. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We stayed in East Beach in the past, but found we loved West Beach even more. The sunrises were spectacular and we found a perfect spot at Freshfields Village to see the sunset each night. It was spectacular! Thank you!!!

The most desirable feature for this villa is its location. You walk a very short path to the beach, ideal by island standards. The villa was very clean and neat, bath linens were plentiful, and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. We really enjoyed this West Beach area--most convenient for entering and exiting the island.

The condo was clean and well appointed being one of the older properties on Kiawah Island. My only suggestion is the same from other reviews, a better couch. The couch is worn out and no comfortable seating. Also a hand rail on bottom three steps outside would be beneficial.

We were very pleased with the location, and the villa was roomy and well supplied. Loved the screened-in porch with woodland view and the comfortable mattress on the bed. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus! The only negative was the couch, which is well worn & not comfortable. Suggest railing on the bottom steps from parking spots for those who are physically challenged & using a cane.

The unit was clean and ready when promised. The only bad thing about Seascape is that you really have NO view. It is nestled in a woodland setting where you can only see about 12 feet out the screen porch. Other than that, the unit was great.

We have been coming to Kiawah for over 30 years and love the West Beach area in particular. When it is just my husband and I we love renting a small condo close to the beach and the Seascape area is perfect! Charming, peaceful and close to everything we love, especially the gorgeous beach for sunrise and sunset. The property management staff were helpful and the process seamless.

The Villa that we stayed in was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the easy quick access to the beach. We enjoyed riding our bikes all around the bike trails and on the beach. It was a great time and the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time! I do suggest you make the guest expectations clearer, though. Are we expected to do our dishes, laundry, strip the sheets off the beds or not, or what? I looked and looked for checkout instructions and it only said leave the key in the lockbox, and be out by 1030, which I did. We left a day early, and after we'd already left, we got an email that said it was a "reminder" that we're supposed to start the laundry in the washer. Didn't know that, but would have done it if I had! I did do my dishes though. Don't get me wrong though, it was an excellent vacation spot! Would definitely come back! All I suggest is clearer guest instructions left in the Villa, and all would be perfect!

Everything needed for a quiet, restful vacation. Great Location! Steps to the beach. Short bike ride, walk or drive to grocery, shopping and great restaurants. Charleston just a short enjoyable drive away. Private screened porch ...perfect for reading or a cup of coffee. This villa is not spanking new with all the updates, but that being said, it was perfectly enjoyable. We would definitely book again.

We came for the Kiawah half marathon. It would be my daughter's first. The villa was very comfortable and accommodating. We sat on the screen porch and watched deer walk by. It's only a minute walk to the gorgeous beach. All in all it was a great weekend getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was quaint and clean. There were minor paint touch ups throughout the place but it didn't bother us. Paint was chipping slightly on the ceiling. The lock on the front door seemed to not fit properly which left spacing but the door was secure when locked. The TV picture was grainy which I had seen in other reviews but assumed it would have been addressed by our stay. We didn't watch it much but it was annoying when we did have it on. There wasn't a lot of natural sunlight which is fine but that made the place seem dim. Could possibly use different bulbs? The back porch was covered in shade so we didn't utilize it with the temps being between 54-75 degrees (March 11-17). Being close to the water made it even more cool temp wise. We could hear the upstairs residents walking around. Not too big of a bother but this is more of a heads up. The bed and coach were comfy. The condo was stocked with essentials. It was the perfect location to the beach. Just had to walk out the front door, cross the parking lot and the path/boardwalk to the beach was there! The drive into town was about 30 minutes which could be a bit of a nuisance if you wanted to go grab dinner. However the drive into town was beautiful! There were deer throughout the property grounds and they aren't afraid of people. Pam Harrington Exclusives was great to work with and had all the info set up and ready at our fingertips. We had no issues during our stay. Would recommend and will come back. Thanks!

I thoroughly enjoyed your villa. Everything was picture perfect. It was apparent that renovations have been made. Everything was pristine from the beautiful bedroom, the nice bathroom, and the livingroom area was very nice as well. It took two minutes to drive to the beach. We even saw our first sunrise on Kiawah Island at 7:05 a.m. To say I was astonished is an understatement. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. There is a shopping center that you must experience on the island.(Fresh fields Farm village) Don''t forget to go to the city market day or night...so many talented artists....We went to Fiery Rons Hometeam BBQ on North Ashley..it was so good we went back the next day....smoked wings with white sauce was awesome. I loved my trip...would return to this villa time and time again.

This villa is the perfect place to stay on Kiawah Island! We have stayed in this villa a few times now and have always had a wonderful stay. Everything about the villa is great, the kitchen has all the tools you need, the furniture is all very comfortable and everything is clean - it makes it easy to have an amazing beach vacation. The location is perfect as it is just steps to the beach which makes it easy to go back and grab lunch or even ice cream from the straw market which is also just a short walk from the villa. In addition to the lovely beaches, Kiawah has so much to offer. There is biking, breathtaking golf courses, shopping and so much more. We were able to golf at Osprey Point during our stay and it is just a gorgeous course! There are lots of amazing restaurants on the island and we had delicious meals everywhere we ate! Kiawah is also not far from Charleston, which has lots to do and see as well! I would highly recommend choosing this villa for your Kiawah getaway and I know we can't wait to stay here again!

We loved the island and the private beach! We stayed busy but yet got the rest we needed. Loved the Mingo Point Oyster Roast! Everyone should be a part of Kiawah's Longest Running Tradition! This beautiful villa is such a perfect getaway spot. The villa itself is very nice, clean, and cozy. It is located in a quiet area just steps from the beach. The main bed is unbelievably comfortable! The sofa bed (which looked and felt very new) was also surprisingly comfortable with a nice memory foam mattress. This allowed for us all to be so well rested after long days of Kiawah activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook, except for the food of course. But fret not, as Freshfields Village is minutes away. Overall the villa was a perfect home base for our beach vacation. The island of Kiawah itself in incredible. If you have never been, stop what you are doing, call out of work, pack the car, and go. It has something for everyone from the world class golf courses to the wonderful and very spacious beaches to the hiking and biking trails. Definitely take some time to explore the island and drive to the north end for amazing scenery and views. Kiawah, and this villa come highly recommended by me. I've stayed here twice and will certainly be back again.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this villa on Kiawah island. The villa was perfect for the two of us. It was surprisingly well stocked with nice towels, blankets, kitchen equipment, furniture, etc. It was also VERY clean when we arrived, which is always a nice surprise in a rental. We loved the screened porch with table and chairs for breakfast and the lounge type chair for coffee and reading in the morning. Only complaint would be the TV. Basic cable was quite lacking. Even the network channels seemed to be infomercials. Very strange. A more extensive cable selection or even Netflix would have been great for unwinding after a busy day of biking and beaching.

The villa was very nice and perfect for my family. We were close to the beach (short walk on path) in which we mainly spent morning to early afternoon then for a couple of days went into Charleston to tour, shop and enjoy historical city. One day we stayed on Island and enjoyed scenic bike riding into the evening. Also compared to other condos, hotels, etc... near Charleston during peak season; it was very reasonably priced! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend on Kiawah, pleased to have found a pleasant-looking place with such an affordable spring rate. We couldn't have been happier with the mornings we spent reading on the porch, the evenings walking on the beach, and the nights in the comfy bed. The villa was quiet, clean, well-appointed, and had been recently renovated. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great week staying at this villa celebrating 26 years of marriage all week. Wonderful beach access, awesome bike trials, we bike over 30 miles and visited all the marsh towers for bird and wildlife watching. Saw a bald eagle, 10 dear, a six foot alligator and many other birds.

This property was not big ,but very clean and cozy. We liked the proximity to the beach. Everything in the house was very useful but there was no hairdryer. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and nice towels. We are looking forward to come back next summer.

I rented this for my international student and his three year old son. My wife and I stayed in a condo at nearby Shipwatch. By all accounts the unit was quite satisfactory and we would recommend this unit to others or rent it ourselves.

This villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway: clean, comfortable, pretty, and a quick walk to the beach. It rained on and off while were there, so it was great to be so close to the beach: we could pop inside during the showers and stroll back to the beach when the sun came back out.

This was the perfect condo for our Kiawah visit. Clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and convenient to all of the festivities for the wedding we were attending on Kiawah! Your staff was welcoming, and very helpful during our stay. We would definitely book with your company during our next visit to the area!

We usually always come to Kiawah with all our children and spouses and rent a big house, but this was just the two of us so the Seascape villa was perfect: great location, very very clean and sweet porch!!!
