This is a great location to spend time on the beach with the family. Beach is less than a 10min walk via the bike trail. House was great! A very quite and peaceful area. Kids loved the board games and puzzles.

Amazing property! Extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a perfect week in Kiawah. This is our sixth trip here, first with Kiawah Exclusives, and our nicest by far. And the bar was high! We look forward to returning to the same property again next year!

This home was beautiful, updated and clean. We loved the view of the golf course and being so close to the beach. We had two small children with us and rented bikes, so getting to the beach was very quick and convenient. We enjoyed how organized everything was in the kitchen and all of the design choices in the main areas of the house. We did wish the downstairs bedroom had a larger bed, but overall the house was lovely and perfect for what we needed.

We've stayed in this property multiple times over past 8 years. This years brought a very updated first floor with new appliances fresh kitchen and larger screened-in porch area that we enjoyed. Always clean, offers items to make beach visits easier...a great place to vacation

We had the best time at Kiawah! The rental was in the perfect location on a quiet culdesac street. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the pristine golf course. The walk to the beach was short and easy with beach access #10 was right around the corner. The house was perfect for our family of four and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable too! We were most impressed with how clean the house was. It was spotless! The rental company was a dream to work with. Each staff member we ever spoke to went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We will most definitely be staying there again!

This property was perfect for our family. A sizable, open kitchen made for easy entertaining after a day at the beach. You cannot beat this location. Steps from the beach and Kiawah's famous bike paths. We will be returning for sure!

We escaped to 99 Surfscooter with our young children (2 and 4) and in-laws. The home had enough communal space to encourage family time AND enough private rooms for the introverts of the bunch to re-charge. Very short walk to beach. Cannot wait to return!

99 Surfscoter was a lovely stay. This was my 3rd trip to Kiawah and I enjoyed it just as much as my previous trips. This rental was clean and homey and close to the beach. We loved being in west beach- previously I had stayed in vanderworst plantation, but we liked how close to the gate west beach was. Outdoor shower, shed with beach chairs, and grill were all included (but these amenities were not mentioned in the description!). We would definitely stay again!!

We just finished our 2nd stay at 99 Surfscoter & we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is in great shape with a view on the 16th hole. We really like the location since we use to own on Eugenia just around the corner. We look forward to a return in 2020.

We loved our week long vacation here. The property is in great condition and spotless. The location can't be beat with a quick walk to boardwalk 10 and onto the beach. The Wi-Fi and cable worked well and the kitchen has all the utensils you will need. 5 stars!

Trash pickup info. started 5/1 - we arrived 4/18. Housekeeping info (frequency, how to arrange, etc.) should be in arrival package.

The home backs into Cougar Point Golf Course & catches the best of sunrise & sunset. We were having late afternoon cocktails on the rear deck when a deer strolled across the Course to within a few feet of the deck. Enchanting! Pam Harrington's staff made everything easy!

We enjoyed our stay over July 4th. We have probably stayed at Kiawah 7-8 times and this was our favorite rental that was not beachfront. Plenty of space for the kids with the upstairs bedrooms and very easy walk to the beach.

There was a small grassy yard in the back for the kids to play. The house had a lot of natural light and was a good size for a family of 5. My only complaint was that the house did not seem especially clean. Detailed dusting in particular would be my main complaint and quite a few bugs in the house. Overall we were very satisfied.

They were just great, and this home was perfect. Great location near beach and owners pool, beautiful golf course view and nicely furnished. We ate on the screened in porch a couple of days that weren't too hot and enjoyed the grill too. The only negative, and it is minor, is the shower head in the master bath needs to be worked on. But this in no way affected how we feel about our stay. It was one of our best weeks at Kiawah.

We were very happy with this property. We are a family of 5 and felt it was the perfect size for us. The location was wonderful, walking distance to the beach and bike paths. We also loved having the golf course for our backyard.
