This condo was centrally located on Kiawah Island. It was a minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to the Nest where coffee and snacks could be purchased. The furnishings were comfortable and there was a tiny sliver of beach view - which we did not expect. My husband had to work :( so having a desk was very helpful. We would rent in the Windswept Villas again.

The condo and location were both great! The condo had a little peeling paint in a couple of areas but not a big deal at all. Overall it was great and I would highly recommend it.

It was a seamless process to book, enter the unit and find all the amenities we desired. The units were just like the pictures and such a blessing to stay in them. We stayed in two units and moved after the first week into the next unit without issues.

We love the 4466 Windswept property because of its location adjacent to the beach and proximity to the tennis. It's the perfect size for 2 people. We've stayed there so many times , we've lost track.

We enjoyed a cozy feel inside the Villa with coastal colors, comfortable bedding. We loved how close the beach access was located. Although on the first floor, folks should realize that there is a flight of stairs to that level for any, such as myself, with mobility issues. Folks should realize that SC in the summer is very humid so some indoor peeling paint is normal due to moisture, not a deal breaker! Inside, there is a very nice open feel to the kitchen to family room. People should know that there is a step down to enter the family room. Can be very easily overloooked! (Falling issue). One other note is the “musty” smell on the deck that only needs to be pressure-washed & outside under stairs; may not be owners’ responsibility. It’s in the woods which is so lovely, so all is expected. We saw deer! We loved our short stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was a little hard to find at night, the GPS location is not accurate, but not a big deal! The location of the unit is close to the beach and walking trails are all over the area. Really enjoyed the stay and the kitchen is a wonderful place to cook!

We absolutely loved the place: exactly as pictures show. Beautiful design, functional n cozy place. Very clean. Less than 1 min from the beach. It was nice to see little bit of ocean from bedroom and the deck, and definitely hear the ocean from the deck! Overall, great experience, we will be back to this property and to Kiawah!

We had a lovely time. Beautiful and peaceful location. Short walk to the beach. Lots of wildlife. We saw a deer eating in the dunes and turtle hatchlings crawling to the ocean. Restaurants and groceries short drive away.

The experience was wonderful! The on-call property manager left us a voicemail with her phone number for the long Memorial Day weekend, but we did not need it. Everything was as advertised and many of the cleaning products were the ones we use at home! Thanks!

The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained. My husband and I were impressed with the soft sheets and plush bathroom towels. We also appreciated the condo being stocked with quality toilet paper and paper towels. The location of the condo cannot be beat. It is steps away from the ocean, Night Heron Park, and the Sanctuary. I would stay at this condo again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Very nice unit, bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated and close to beach and Heron Park. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the bike paths and had bike racks to keep your bike on right outside of unit or can rent bike and they will have them there right out your unit for you.

The property was perfect for us. It was very well maintained, immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect.
We had a delicious breakfast at Jasmine Porch in the Sanctuary. Kiawah will always be our favorite vacation spot and we would highly recommend it.

We stayed for only two nights in December. Great place, very close to the beach and to the Sanctuary Hotel. We walked to the hotel several times for meals by the huge Christmas tree and the fireplaces.

HAVE BEEN VACATIONING AT KIAWAH SINCE 1984. 4466 WINDSWEPT HAS TO BE ONE OF THE NICEST PROPERTIES THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED AT OVER THE YEARS. VERY NICE INTERIOR AND WELL KEPT WITH A 1 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH.

This vacation rental property struck a chord with us immediately. The layout was inviting. It had a spacious feel for a one bedroom villa. It was clean and well appointed. Having a wireless connection was an exciting bonus. We especially enjoyed the sturdy porch chairs as opposed to the usual plastic variety. The bath was beautifully renovated. All in all we were delighted to have finally found a vacation property that we will revisit as our own.
