We enjoyed our stay here, and especially love looking out on the lagoon from the screened in porch or one of the other porches. The sunrises are beautiful! We appreciated the management being available to help with any issues and very responsive during our stay.

Villa was nicely furnished and equipped. Screened porch was lovely. However, the number of steps were an issue while transporting luggage & groceries into the unit.

The place was perfect for our family of four. There were so many places when we were in the villa where we were able to spread out and have our own spaces. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for making our meals at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and we really appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. Our favorite part of the villa was the outdoor spaces, especially the screened porch. We were just a short walk to the beach. Had dinner at the Salty Dog on Seabrook one night, and then went in to Charlestown for dinner and a ghost tour. Other than that, we enjoyed our perfect (meaning not too hot) weather at the beach!

The Turtle Point Villa was absolutely perfect for our stay. We enjoyed all the amenities and view of the golf course! It was fantastic to watch the golfers pass by! Fully stocked kitchen! Great furnishings! Comfortable beds! Wonderful location - easy to get to the beach and very close to the Turtle Point clubhouse! Spacious and luxurious! HIGHLY recommend!

We have stayed at many properties on Kiawah and we all agreed this unit had the best interior and accommodations. It is a well laid out interior that has an open floor plan with a nice big table that is not cramped.

We appreciated that the family room and master bedroom TV's had Roku. The kids enjoyed the TV in their bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked - not typical of a rental unit. The dishwasher is a Bosch if that tells you anything about the caliber of the appliances in the kitchen. The chairs over-looking the lagoon were so comfortable.

The beach is a short bike ride and can be walked. It is also in close proximity to the Town Center and Sanctuary Hotel.

Property was very clean with nice furnishings and adjacent to a pond with interesting wildlife to observe. Especially liked the large and furnished screened porch and short bike ride to the beach.

We would highly recommend this villa! It was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. From beach chairs to hairdryers to an iron/ironing board, etc. The kitchen was fabulous and stocked with all the cooking necessities. The unit was very clean and recently updated. We enjoyed the view of the lagoon and golf course from the small deck and the screened porch was also a nice feature. The owner and management company were both very helpful in the rental process. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach!

We had a wonderful time during our week with our child before she returned to college. The kitchen was well stocked and the decor is lovely. The bedrooms were comfortable and when we watched TV we were pleased with the smart TV in the living room.

This rental property was awesome very clean, great location. This was my families first time visiting Charleston for a Wedding. We feel in love with Kiwah Island and would stay at this rental again. Our villa was perfect for the weekend at Kiawah! They had everything we may need. It was spacious, clean, and had nice outdoor spaces. We were able to get in a little early to get ready for the wedding which was very nice.

The condo was lbeautifully decorated and had all the latest appliances. It had everything you needed and the short walk to the beach was the best of the lagoon and the beach. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella from the service in the materials provided-super convenient and very reasonable. Tell them to set them up near Access 27. Peacefull retreat.

We've been coming to Kiawah since 1998. Often more than once a year. For a few years, we stayed 1-2 mos. It is a beautiful place and very family oriented. A great place to share w/ our grandchildren (they have been coming all of their lives).

We stayed here 9/7/14 it was a nice location a little further away from the beach than we thought. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. We enjoyed a night out to reds ice bar at bohicket marina very good food. Would stay here again!

An excellent 3 days . This was our 19th trip to Kiawah Island and we weren't disappointed!! The apartment was very clean and everything was fine. A beautiful view from the balcony and hot weather made the stay memorable.

This nicely kept, updated condo was a wonderful vacation villa. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was quite clean and tastefully furnished. We enjoyed the view of the pond, and our children loved watching for alligators. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even with our two small children. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded with warm, shallow water perfect for kids. We also enjoyed biking on the island and a day trip to Charleston. I would recommend this property and Kiawah Island to family and friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
