Really enjoyed our stay here for a weekend exploring south carolina for the first time! It was a very short walk to a great beach and had no issues finding the rental, the front gate was very easy to get through. There is a small store in the community as well for little items you might need during your stay, which was great. There isn’t very much outside the immediate area and they did not provide many extra items as some other beach rentals i’ve used had provided, but the basics were good. Overall liked our stay and the view was nice! Felt very safe in the area.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful, and very clean. I had a couple of questions and reached out to the property manager. The response was quick, and my concern was completely addressed. My family was there to celebrate my aunts 75 birthday and she was so pleased. The restaurants were very good the service was excellent. This was our first visit and it defiantly will not be our last.

Great stay ! Your maintenance crew was terrific as we had frozen pipes and they got there extremely quickly and fixed the problem. We have had them help before and they are always great . Unit is beautiful. If you cook vs going out to eat, you will love the kitchen, very well stocked with the tools/pots/pan you need to cook. Would definitely stay here again.

This villa was very well appointed with comfortable living room furniture, a very nice dining table and chairs, and was furnished with more kitchen items than most of our past rental units. The master king bed was ultra comfortable, the guest bed not so much. The baths and kitchen have recently been nicely updated. Location is ideal, just across the street from Beach Access #22. If available, we will stay here again next year.

We have been coming to Kiawah for many years. We’ve stayed in houses & villas in many neighborhoods. This location was among the best. The villa is conveniently located close to the beach & Town Market. It was nicely furnished but not cluttered. It was quiet and relaxing. Great weather helped make this one of our best Kiawah vacations in 2 decades. We’d love to stay here next year.

Couldn't want for more on our Labor Day Getaway weekend. Plenty of room, great kitchen and bathrooms, DVD movies for the family, deer and alligator watching across the back yard and lagoon, and short walk to Night Heron Park and Beach.

We had a great time in Kiawah The condo is nicely decorated, very spacious and ample amenities (house supplies, fully stocked kitchen, games, dvd's). It has a beautiful lagoon view. It was a short, easy walk to the beach- you walk across the parking lot, then a small street, then the parking lot of the oceanfront units. The area is very pretty and peaceful. We highly recommend you rent the chairs and umbrellas so you don't have to lug you own back and forth. Also we enjoyed renting bikes and touring around the island.

This was the perfect unit and location for our family of 4 (with two under 4 yrs). Easy walk with both kids to the beach and great views of the lake/people watching off balcony. Short walk to Night Heron Park for events and playground. The whole unit has been updated and we felt as though we were in a modern hotel. I will absolutely stay at this unit again! Mgmt team was very impressive too. We had a hornet's nest at the door and the maintenance team was there taking care of it in less than an hour (on a weekend).

Great location and very nice condo. We love Kiawah and this condo is close to the beach and short walks to so many fun places. We also enjoy renting from Pam Harrington as they have been great. We have rented from several different realtors and they have been the best by far.

We had a wonderful week on Kiawah! Our rental unit was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay there again. We had a great view of the lagoon off the deck where we saw alligators and deer. The beach was a short walk across the street. We had a great stay!

Best rental yet! Typically we rent a house since we are a family of 6. This trip was just my college daughter and myself. Beautiful updated townhome with a great location across the street from the beach. It was chilly during our stay but we still enjoyed the bike trails and walking along the beach. I think it might be tight for our family of 6 to stay here but if I would stay here again if it was only 4 of us. You won't be sorry renting this place.

Very nice property in pretty good location. The beach is a short walk across the street and behind another set of condos. We were given a healthy amount of supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towel, etc.) which was nice. The property is in very good shape. Overall we were very satisfied with everything except the weather!

Location was excellent--very close to beach and just about a half mile from town center; house was comfortable, very nice and perfect size for 4 people. Also appreciated beach chairs, washer/dryer, hairdryer. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to the same property.
