Just prior to the first guard gate is a quiet Kiawah neighborhood, is literally off the beaten path. As you take a right past the old General Store, this private enclave of cottages sits right along the banks of the Kiawah River. Inlet Cove Cottages are a hidden jewel, complete with a community pool, dock, and its own secluded walkway to the beach.

This property is new to our program. Welcome to 33 Inlet Cove, the Cozy Cottage, a single-level retreat built for easy island living. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably sleeping 8 guests, this home is right-sized for a family reunion, a golf getaway, or a low-country escape with friends.

Upon your arrival, you will enter a well-maintained cottage into the open floor plan dining room which comfortably accommodates six. Right off the dining area is the beautifully updated kitchen with light, whitewashed cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. A sunny breakfast nook sits just off the kitchen and will accommodate four guests.

Just beyond the kitchen, the open living area features plenty of seating and a comfortable sofa, which converts to a sofa sleeper for additional bedding. The stunning fireplace, with the TV mounted above it, and access to the comfortably furnished screened porch through sliding glass doors make this the perfect gathering cottage.

The cottage is raised above a covered carport with parking for up to three cars, extra storage for beach gear, and an outdoor shower making rinsing off after the sand and surf effortless. From the single-level layout to the outdoor spaces, 33 Inlet Cove strikes the balance between a peaceful retreat and an easy home base for exploring Kiawah Island

Inlet Cove is a private enclave of Kiawah Island cottages in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on the banks of the Kiawah River and adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course. Inlet Cove guests are treated to a seasonal Olympic size community pool, a deepwater dock, an elevated deck and a secluded walkway to Kiawah Island's beautiful beach. You're an easy walk to the beach and Kiawah General Store, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island's world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Inlet Cove Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has access to the resort but does not have resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Beachwalker Park and Boardwalk 1.

Fireplace: Special accommodation may be made for longer stays in winter months.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly and will accept up to 2 dogs. There is a pet fee of $250/week, or $500 for multiple weeks stay.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.
