5107 Windswept is a a perfect location. It is right on the beach with a patio view of the rising sun over the ocean. The patio side view is of the undeveloped jungle next door. It gives a private feel to the condo. We spotted deer and a small bobcat, which was a pleasant, but startling surprise.
We were booked for 7 days and loved it so much we extended another 4 days. Management made it very simple to add the extra time and we were lucky enough that the following week was open.
The condo is well set up with cooking utensils. Plenty of everything including a spice rack.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and we would use this location again in the future.

Our stay at 5107 Windswept was lovely. The villa is well stocked and was comfy. East Beach is honestly the best, most central location on Kiawah, convenient to pretty much everything. We loved being able to hear the ocean from the villa, and take the boardwalk straight to the beach.

We’ve been coming to Kiawah for nearly 30 years. Sometimes with extended family, sometimes on our own. We loved 5107 Windswept. It was the best accommodation we’ve had in terms of location (ocean view!), convenience (near Santuary, Market) and condition of the unit (clean, many amenities, decor). We will definitely stay here again.

This is our second year at this property and we would book it again. It's convenient and nicely furnished . The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location of the unit gives plenty of privacy and we love the larger outdoor space.

Great time to be on the island. This unit is close to the beach and worked very well for our stay. Very relaxing. would suggest you bring your food with you to cook while you are here, kitchen is well equipped.

We have stayed in this unit once before and I wanted my son and his fiancé to enjoy it too. It took several months but our Planning paid off. It was perfect, and so was the unit.We rode out bikes for miles and miles and there is a place to keep them away from the elements. We used the elevator and the steps. It's a great unit!!

This rental was wonderful! We would definitely rent it again. Pam Harrington was a real treat to work with and provided everything we needed. Thanksgiving is our favorite week to go to Kiawah because of all of the family activities. This condo put us close to everything...sand building contest, Turkey Trot, Christmas Tree lighting at The Sanctuary. I was very pleased with the view, as I thought it was going to be more limited. The seclusion of the forrest on the far side of our condo was very nice too. Overall, this was a great condo and provided a great week for our family!

Our first visit to Kiawah, but won't be our last. Mother nature provided perfect weather for us. It's hard to complain about anything, but for us older folk property could have provided some type of luggage cart so you wouldn't have to make so many trips to villa upon check-in and check-out. Also, 3 kitchen lights were out and we didn't find any to replace. We look forward to our next visit.

Nice condo in excellent condition. Great ocean view, and right next to the woods for wildlife spotting. Pelicans flying overhead. Beautiful weather. Convenient location close to The Sanctuary, Fresh Fields Village, and Bohicket Marina (highly recommend Redbank Cafe for wonderful "low country" food). Lots to do in Charleston, with wonderful restaurants (McCrady's and Hank's were fantastic). All around great stay.

My husband and I have been coming to this rental for many years and have always enjoyed the conveniences of it's location and comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked to create a wonderful dinner and comfortable enough to spend time with friends and family. We will be back.

We had a wonderful vacation in large part due to the comfort and convenience of this condo. We loved staying here and would stay here again. One of my pet peeves when traveling is the lack of hooks in bathrooms to hang a robe,etc. Both bathrooms had several places to hang things. This just one example of how well thought out and comfortable this condo was.

This was our fifth stay at this property and we absolutely love it. Our children think it is our beach home. At times I am reluctant to leave a review because I selfishly want to keep the property all to my self. If the property ever went up for sale we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves. We have been coming to this property for 3 years and LOVE IT. 5107 is beautiful. This property is so relaxing for us and a wonderful get away from our stressful lives in Chicago. I can highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on the ocean in Kiawah.

Very quiet during midweek. Wonderful apartment. Had we furnished that apartment, we would have put a smaller table in the kitchen and a firmer mattress on the bed. Everything else was just about perfect.

Thank you for all the extras provided in rental property (extra towels, washcloths, trashbags, laundry detergent, DW detergent). Generally have not seen such supply for rental. The unit and location were great.

We had a great time here! I am an interior designer and the decor was fabulous. We have been coming to Kiawah for years, usually renting a large house on Vanderhorst with other family members, but this time we traveled with just our family. It's perfect for a family of four (two kids under 3). The unit is seconds from the beach and has a bike storage area under the building. We had a ball and have already recommended this unit to family and friends.

From pictures of this unit on the web site, I was expecting limited ocean views. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out on the deck and see most of the beach, and a full view of the waves/ocean. What more can you ask for? I have stayed in multiple other Windswept units, and this one is truly a gem. The secluded patio area and the deck that runs the span of the unit really add to the square footage. We felt like we had more room to 'spread out', which is great for families. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah for many years (during the winter months). This is by far the best stay we have encountered. The condo was in beautiful condition (nice renovation)and it was wonderful to be so close to the ocean and incredible golf courses. We loved this place more than our stay in The Sanctuary Hotel. We will rent it again.
