Location!
The location was great, steps to the beach. Harrington team was excellent.
Would like to note the unit/building seem heavily used, shows wear and tear, but by no means a deal breaker.

Extended our stay
5107 Windswept is a a perfect location. It is right on the beach with a patio view of the rising sun over the ocean. The patio side view is of the undeveloped jungle next door. It gives a private feel to the condo. We spotted deer and a small bobcat, which was a pleasant, but startling surprise.
We were booked for 7 days and loved it so much we extended another 4 days. Management made it very simple to add the extra time and we were lucky enough that the following week was open.
The condo is well set up with cooking utensils. Plenty of everything including a spice rack.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and we would use this location again in the future.

Location, Location, Location
Our stay at 5107 Windswept was lovely. The villa is well stocked and was comfy. East Beach is honestly the best, most central location on Kiawah, convenient to pretty much everything. We loved being able to hear the ocean from the villa, and take the boardwalk straight to the beach.

Beautiful condo! Enjoyed the large deck and well appointed kitchen. Master bedroom and bath were large and comfortable. Very quiet. Also had large storage area for beach equipment which was very convenient. Easy walk to beach. Kitchen could use brighter lighting. Good customer service when we had problems with door lock.

Thanksgiving 2018
Very good. I have several suggestions. Since I was with a handicapped person there needs to be more handicap parking. Also there needs to be a bar in the walk in shower. We enjoyed our week and would return. It also would be helpful to have a cart for unloading and loading cars.

Best accommodations EVER at Kiawah
We’ve been coming to Kiawah for nearly 30 years. Sometimes with extended family, sometimes on our own. We loved 5107 Windswept. It was the best accommodation we’ve had in terms of location (ocean view!), convenience (near Santuary, Market) and condition of the unit (clean, many amenities, decor). We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful weekend, lovely surroundings
A Zen-inspired villa, beautifully furnished and very well equipped, on the east back corner of Windswept was just the third cite for relaxation. The forest to the east provides privacy, so the only drawback is losing the sun as it migrates west behind the building. No sunset views here, but lovely sunrises.
Deer come out to graze in the evening on their way toward the ocean.
Impeccably clean with an abundance of white bath linens and all the soaps and detergents, and paper products needed for a restful stay.
An interior courtyard housed sand chairs, crab traps, and children's beach toys.
a thoughtful touch.
Master bedroom has one ocean view window. Twin room does not.
It's a short beach walk to the Sanctuary for breakfast! Delightful!

Great Location, Private, Lovely Unit
Lovely unit with private view of sea forest and ocean view from large balcony and master bedroom. Easy 2 minute walk to beach... newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Furnishings comfortable and new... unit in excellent condition. Kitchen well equipped... Our stay was during unusually cold week and rare ice & snow... tile floor was freezing cold ...bedrooms were overly warm and main living area freezing (had to leave bedroom doors open and heat on higher temp to be comfortable). Garbage disposal leaked and stopped working in 1st few days of rental— but leasing office responded immediately and problem solved in 24hours.

Lovely condo & nice amenities but could do with new carpet in bedrooms or a good cleaning. Close to beach & nice view. Kitchen could do with more cups & wine glasses but overall a nice place to stay & very well thought out & accommodating for guest. A few problems which were taken care of quickly.

Our lil dream come true
We have stayed in this unit once before and I wanted my son and his fiancé to enjoy it too. It took several months but our Planning paid off. It was perfect, and so was the unit.We rode out bikes for miles and miles and there is a place to keep them away from the elements. We used the elevator and the steps. It's a great unit!!

Wonderful Winter Stay!
This has been our 5th year staying at 5107 Windswept Oceanfront Villa in Kiawah Island. The location is perfect, close to the ocean to take a beach stroll and in prime location for perfect golf. Everyday (except for one) we golfed at all the courses (except for the Ocean Course) and found them to be outstanding and so convenient to the property. We enjoy cooking and found this Villa to have all the amenities for us to stay in and cook to our hearts delight. We would highly recommend this property to any visitor to the Kiawah area and we found that Pam Harrington Exclusives were very helpful in meeting all of our needs while we were there. Thanks PH Exclusives. We will be back next year 2014.

Thanksgiving Week 2013
This rental was wonderful! We would definitely rent it again. Pam Harrington was a real treat to work with and provided everything we needed. Thanksgiving is our favorite week to go to Kiawah because of all of the family activities. This condo put us close to everything...sand building contest, Turkey Trot, Christmas Tree lighting at The Sanctuary. I was very pleased with the view, as I thought it was going to be more limited. The seclusion of the forrest on the far side of our condo was very nice too. Overall, this was a great condo and provided a great week for our family!

Lovely visit to Kiawah
Our first visit to Kiawah, but won't be our last. Mother nature provided perfect weather for us. It's hard to complain about anything, but for us older folk property could have provided some type of luggage cart so you wouldn't have to make so many trips to villa upon check-in and check-out. Also, 3 kitchen lights were out and we didn't find any to replace. We look forward to our next visit.

Great spot
Nice condo in excellent condition. Great ocean view, and right next to the woods for wildlife spotting. Pelicans flying overhead. Beautiful weather. Convenient location close to The Sanctuary, Fresh Fields Village, and Bohicket Marina (highly recommend Redbank Cafe for wonderful "low country" food). Lots to do in Charleston, with wonderful restaurants (McCrady's and Hank's were fantastic). All around great stay.

Wonderrful visit
We had a wonderful vacation in large part due to the comfort and convenience of this condo. We loved staying here and would stay here again. One of my pet peeves when traveling is the lack of hooks in bathrooms to hang a robe, etc. Both bathrooms had several places to hang things. This just one example of how well thought out and comfortable this condo was.

Our Vacation in Kiawah
This vacation was extra special because we celebrated with friends. The rental was, once again, a perfect location for our vacation. We golfed, ate at amazing restaurants, traveled to Charleston, and celebrated New Year's Eve on the beach watching spectacular fireworks. We cooked several nights in the condo and the facilities were perfect. We will definitely go back to 5107 Windswept. Thanks for all of your help Pam Harrington. You made this a very special vacation.

Never a let down
This was our fifth stay at this property and we absolutely love it. Our children think it is our beach home. At times I am reluctant to leave a review because I selfishly want to keep the property all to my self. If the property ever went up for sale we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves. Thank you for providing such a serene and tranquil condominium for our stay. Namaste...

This unit was great. I will definitely book it again. And, the weather was perfect every day. The kitchen was very workable. Great appliances. The bedroom was beautiful and TV's all up to date. Living room was small but fine for two and deck was spectacular. The door to the deck had a broken lock.

Review of 5107 Windswept
We loved the condo and were very satisfied with the service we received from Pam Harrington Exclusives! The condo was comfortable and had beautifully updated decor, a great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom, a relaxing spa shower, and a well equipped gourmet kitchen. Being in a building located right on the beach was fun and convenient. The only disappointing part of our stay was the weather, which was unseasonably cool and rainy while we were in Kiawah. One suggestion for the condo amenities is that the addition of a stereo would be nice so that guests could listen to music while dining (we cooked and ate every meal except one in the condo and would have enjoyed listening to some of the classical music CDs that we brought along). We hope to stay in 5107 Windswept again and get better weather next time.

Love This Unit!
We had a great time here! I am an interior designer and the decor was fabulous. We have been coming to Kiawah for years, usually renting a large house on Vanderhorst with other family members, but this time we traveled with just our family. It's perfect for a family of four (two kids under 3). The unit is seconds from the beach and has a bike storage area under the building. We had a ball and have already recommended this unit to family and friends.

Great ocean views, lots of space
From pictures of this unit on the web site, I was expecting limited ocean views. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out on the deck and see most of the beach, and a full view of the waves/ocean. What more can you ask for? I have stayed in multiple other Windswept units, and this one is truly a gem. The secluded patio area and the deck that runs the span of the unit really add to the square footage. We felt like we had more room to 'spread out', which is great for families. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We have rented from Pam Harrington in the past and have always been pleased. This stay was no different; the re-modeled condo was great. I had hoped the prices would be a little lower then they were due to the economy, but.... We had a great time-we had not been there in 10 years.

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah for many years (during the winter months). This is by far the best stay we have encountered.
