156 Sea March comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 luxury bedrooms with all the comforts of home privately located on opposite ends of the home. To the right is the master suite with a king bed and direct access to the deck and pool via sliding glass doors. The bathroom is located just outside, in the connecting hallway offering a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite bath, flat screen TV and direct access to the expansive deck. Located in this bedroom is also a convertible bed- it transitions from a seat to a twin bed for an additional sleeping accommodation.
West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with island houses for rent, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: The private pool (approx 12' x 20' and 6' deep) may be heated for additional charge with 1 week advance notice, but not recommended when outside temps are below 55 degrees. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
