Rental was ready on time. Fantastic location overlooking the lagoon across from Night Heron Park. Easy walk to beach. Can hear live music from deck. Kitchen very good shape and well stocked. Screened porch recently remodeled and very nice. Carpet is showing some wear as typical for beach rental. Property company touch basis several times to make sure stay was going well.

Lovely Accommodations; Great Location
We stayed with our two teens, who enjoyed each being able to have their own rooms. The unit was clean, updated and well supplied. We all loved being on a corner unit and on the lagoon so we had fun keeping watch for alligators. It was also very close and convenient to beach access.

Great spot
Exactly what we expected. Pam Harrington was great making sure we are all set. Even when we had a contractor building a screened in poach the office was very considerate of us. Nice job.

Gold Standard
Property was accurately described regarding location, layout, and amenities. The unit was very clean and tidy - absolutely no complaints. Relaxing lagoon view. Very short walk to the beach. Excellent proximity to The Sanctuary and The Market at Town Center.
I have been coming to Kiawah for almost 40 years. While I must confess we have tried other rental agencies in the past, we always return to properties managed by Pam Harrington Exclusives. Customer service is superior. From experience we know that properties managed by this firm meet the highest standards and always meet our high expectations

Lovely Getaway
We so enjoyed our villa. Lagoon view, 5 minute walk to the beach, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, open floor plan with lots of natural light. It was an amazing week. Beautiful beach. So clean and pristine with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Our only complaints were the dishwasher needed some extra attention and the ice maker malfunctioned.

Great week at Kiawah!
We enjoyed our stay at Windswept Villas. Great location with an easy 4-5 min walk to the beach. Our unit was very comfortable for our group of 6. Kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of silverware, pots & pans, etc. Our only complaint was that the upstairs master bedroom was very hot, due to the vaulted ceiling and the afternoon sun setting on that side of the building. The two air vents were set very high on the wall and did not provide the same amount of cool air as in the other bedrooms. Would recommend the installation of a ceiling fan to help circulate air in that bedroom. Otherwise, everything was great!

Everything was perfect. Our villa was walking distance to the beach, the Town Market, and the Sanctuary Hotel. The villa itself was perfect for our needs. Clean, well stocked, and inviting.

Memories
We had an amazing week. Sunrises and sunsets just a short walk to the beach. We seen deer running down the beach early morning, yes deer running down the beach!! We caught up with the Kiawah Island Turtle Patrol as they were releasing some Sea Turtle hatchlings. We took the Dolphin Tour, countless amount of birds, and even a sun bathing alligator. Truly a great vacation for the whole family.

Outstanding accomodations that is well updated, and spacious!
This unit has great overall space for our family with easy access to the beach. We loved the lagoon view and the modern updates to the property.

One suggestion is to improve the internet as we had to reset it 1-2 times daily for it to work at a manageable level.

Great stay, great race
We rented this lovely condo for the Kiawah Island Marathon weekend. The house was located on the race course just a short walk from the start/finish. The house was fully furnished with all the supplies we could ever want. It was clean and comfortable. The view was relaxing with so many deer. We arrived on Friday and stayed until Monday. It was a perfect place to stay both for the convenience to the race and the recovery after.

Pretty on a pond
This is the second time we have stayed in the Windswept villas. First I must say that Pam Harrington and her team are great. Always very helpful and know their properties. Like all the Windswept villas they are close to the ocean and conveniently located to Freshfields for shopping and dinners out.
This property was MUCH larger than the two bedroom version and was perfect for our family of 4. We had originally planned to have our daughters bring friends but but their plans fell through. We never felt cramped in the space. Upside was great balconies, very clean, views of the pond and very quiet and private. End unit provides more light into the unit. Downside was unit was not as updated as the last one we stayed in, which in fairness was just renovated before we walked in the door. Floors in master bedroom squeaked and could be heard downstairs.
I would definitely rent the property again and would recommend it to others.

Off the beach ain't bad
We always stay on the beach. Probably at least 50 trips and working on the third generation! Did not reserve in time for ocean front so we had to settle for "lagoon view". Simply outstanding view , great attention to the little niceties and very very immaculate , every expectation was met resulting in the best trip ever to Kiawah!!!!

Wonderful spot for Marathon weekend
We had a large group down for the marathon, spread over two close but not adjacent condos. We prepared and served dinner both nights in our condo for 12 people - there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone and do all of the meal preparation. The condo layout was very good and allowed for ample privacy, the lake views were wonderful, and it was just a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the marathon start. We were all very happy with our stay. Very clean, very, very well appointed, and lots of room to spread out.

A Home Run!
This was a great week in a fabulous unit. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with soap, toilet paper, kleenex and kitchen supplies. It was just like home. The view of the lagoon out the back is peaceful and beautiful, while the beach is a very short walk. The Island Market is very close making it highly convenient. Close to park, bike trails and all of the island. Probably the best condo we have ever stayed in after coming to Kiawah for 30 years! Two calls during the week from the rental agency to make sure everything was gonig well.

Kiawah condominium visit
This condominium was nicely located and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The furnishings in the living room were not, however. Perhaps they would be for a young family, but not for older guests. There was a long, steep flight of stairs to get to the front door as the unit was elevated with room to park underneath. There was also a steep flight of stairs to the second floor with no railing on the upper half.
The location was convenient and its location on a lagoon populated with birds was pleasant and quiet.

Kiawah Scores Again
Been coming to Kiawah for over 30 years usually renting in Vanderhorst when the kids were young. Now, everyone is grown and we planned a quick, spontaneous visit with another couple. Location was good, property is showing its age mostly on the exterior and fortunately the temperature was in the eighties with low humidity for most of our stay. Cooling the second floor bedroom with its very high ceilings would have been a problem had the temperature stayed at the 100 degree mark which is where it was when we arrived. Two zone AC would be a plus in this unit. But, overall everyone had a good time and the newly refurbished kitchen was a plus.

Very nice home.
The living room furniture was very comfortable and plenty
of room on the couch for 6+ people. It was great to have a
working fireplace because it was the coldest in the 6 years
we have been going to Kiawah. Even though the kitchen is
small we had no trouble making a complete Thanksgiving dinner.
Very short walk to the beach and we would definitely rent this
home again.

Great location!! We've been going to Kiawah for more than 20 years and the location of this condo is at the top of the list. Nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, very spacious for four people. Loved the outdoor decks and views of the lagoon. We've been coming to Kiawah for 15 years but have never come in the Winter. I have to say after this stay in December, we will plan an annual winter trip. Kiawah~ the perfect beach vacation
I am not sure you can have a bad experience on Kiawah. The island is so beautiful that any little issues are hardly a problem. This unit was clean but could use a new washer & dryer unit and couches. The location is perfect for a family with kids since it is located on Night Heron Park, where there are evening activities for the families. Pam Harrington is always a pleasure to work with; I use them every year to book my vacation in Kiawah.
