Pam Harrington Exclusives is pleased to offer one to ten bedroom accommodations in choice Kiawah Island locations. Each unit has been individually selected to ensure every guest the ultimate vacation adventure. Properties are available daily, weekly or monthly.
We Offer
- Maid service prior to your arrival and upon departure
- Weekly service included if staying more than one week
- Monthly rentals only departure cleaning
- Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave
- All linens provided, excluding beach towels
- Central air conditioning and heating
- Cable television and radio
- Washer and dryer
- Screened porch and/or open decks
- Fireplace (in most units)
- Crib and rollaway rentals available
- High Chair available upon request
- Bicycle rentals
Please note: A deposit of one-third of your rental fee is required within 14 days of reservation and is refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. (90 days for private homes - varies with length of stay.) Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card. All rates are subject to applicable sales and accommodations taxes, plus all appropriate charges (i.e., Kiawah Island Nature Conservancy contribution, security/damage deposit required on private homes, and 3.5% non-refundable registration charge).
